The hotel is charming with a prime location near Galata Tower and well-maintained, clean rooms. Although the breakfast options were varied, the dining area could feel a bit crowded during peak hours. Staff members, particularly Sevgi, made our stay enjoyable with their attentive service.

Exceptional ambiance with a stunning terrace view, but the bed felt a bit hard during my stay.

I loved the epic fruit buffet every morning—just the right fuel for exploring! The location is a gem, with Galata Tower a stone's throw away and a plethora of amazing eateries like Viyana Kahvesi Galata and Pepo's Galata nearby. The service from Leyla, Çağatay, and Enes made me feel right at home!
The street was definitely one of the dirtiest in the city, and there seemed to be a bit of chaos with housekeeping—our room wasn’t even cleaned one day! Though breakfast was decent, some items fell short on cleanliness.

i almost had a good time at this hotel, but the walls are super thin, I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. also, the supposed ‘view’ from my room was a wall—very uplifting! I expected at least a bottle of water, or something complimentary for my troubles, but alas, no. truly disappointing.

We had an amazing experience using this hotel as our base while exploring Istanbul with our large family of 20! The location next to Galata Tower was perfect, allowing us to easily access exciting attractions and dive into local culture.
My children wanted better soundproofing for a quieter night’s sleep.

great service but needs quieter rooms
The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely attempted to make our experience special. A lovely surprise awaited us with a note and snacks upon arrival! The city view from our room added a special touch to our stay, allowing us to appreciate the beauty of our surroundings every morning.
The walls were quite thin, and we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We made this hotel our base and visited the stunning Galata Tower and the local markets. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice and well-designed. Breakfast was a good start to our days, too. Definitely recommend it for a group escape.
One night, our room wasn't cleaned properly, and we had to ask multiple times for it to be done. It was a bit frustrating after a long day out. Just a heads up for future guests!
